Yes, the site was very user friendly and ordering was quite simple. They were great about updates as my dolls moved through the process and provided tracking so I could follow their journey home. Both of these dolls are absolutely gorgeous! They look and feel amazingly realistic! They’re the perfect size and girl for me. Like anything — take care of them and they’ll return the favor! I have had them for several months now, and I am very pleased with everything about these dolls.
